HPFI® co-founder and Chairman of the Board, Harry Samet, passed away March 24th at the age of 80.  Harry's wife, Joan Samet, succeeds him as Chairman of the Board.  The business will conitnue operating under the leadership of the current management team headed by Spencer O'Meara, Vice-Chairman, CEO and President.
