• Contract is an office furniture contract and covers all HPFI product.
• Contract is open to local governments only in Pennsylvania (townships, school districts, counties).
   Not available to State agencies.
• Contract pricing effective January 15, 2007.
• Contract number (Costars-2: Supplement 2) must be referenced on every order.
• Installation and set up is negotiated on an individual order basis with the purchasers.
• Orders are to be issued from the local government agency directly to HPFI with the dealer of record
   listed clearly on the purchase order.
