Discount: 51%, (Additional 2% discount for orders over $30,000 List Price)

Purchase Orders: Purchase orders are sent to Servicing Dealers listed below.

Delivery:  F.O.B. Destination. Delivery of In Stock Items will be made within 30 days, Non-Stock Items 45 days, after receipt of order unless customer notified of any potential delivery delay within 5 business days after purchase order received. Exceptions include special finish, custom fabric, or customized orders.

Payment Terms:  Net 30 days

Administrative Fee: 1/2% Administrative Fee on all purchases (including political subdivisions) made against this contract. The fee is to be included in the cost of the goods or services. Fees paid shall correlate with figures submitted on the quarterly reports.

Contract for use by: All State Agencies and Political Subdivisions (Cities, Counties and Municipalities). Agencies may use a P-Card for purchases from this contract.

Installation: Negotiable per project. All additional charges for delivery and installation shall be noted on the cost sheet.

Space Planning/Design Fees: Negotiable per project

Minimum Order: Orders of less than 500 lb. will be assessed a minimum freight charge of $75.00 net per order (excluding items shipped via small package ground service)
